OK, so my Atari 7800 lot of carts came in. Of 6, 4 were made good. The remaining two seem to have bad mask ROMs (with that F*(&#^$ING active-high OE line, I can't really tell. Thanks, Atari.)

I think the Centipede is bad, cause I tried tying OE high via a pullup to VCC and still read all FFs. The Xevious is a dup, so I'm going to mod both carts with an inverter and the Xevious is going to become...
