@universal_traveler it is, yeah! I already do note-taking in markdown so I'm keen to use it for blogging too. I've reached the conclusion I just don't need a huge CMS, so I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of performance gains I can make by going static too.

@mikebabb what a coincidence, in the past few months I've transferred a big chunk of my note-taking workflow to a markdown-notes/git-repository format, which is also what led me down the rabbit hole.
