I'm going to join the "Glasgow is amazing" choir. I've been messing all morning with this cheapo JTAG thing, and Glasgow just plugs in *in any way you like*, figures out the JTAG pinout, and writes the bitstream to the FPGA first try.

Did you get an early one, or does the software work with other hardware than the Glasgow interface explorer? I'm still waiting for mine.
