Pushed first commit for v2.46 of BIOS Sledgehammer. Hopefully this will resolve the issues with the 6.41 TPM firmware for factory downgraded TPMs.

Anyone interested in some of our older servers that we've rotated out with new acquisitions? Some Apple XServes that ran vSphere ESXi Bare-Metal Hypervisor, and some Dell R720's that ran Linux / ESXI and FreeNAS. All still work great.
