#BeagleIM 5.2 (https://github.com/tigase/beagle-im/releases/tag/5.2) and #SiskinIM 7.2 (https://github.com/tigase/siskin-im/releases/tag/7.2) #XMPP native clients for #Apple #macOS and #iOS written in #Swift #SwiftLang just got released:
* Fixed issue with decoding OMEMO encrypted message in MUC channels
* Fixed issue with MUC participants disappearing randomly
* Fixed issue with VoIP call sending an incorrect payload during call negotiation
Tigase #XMPP Server 8.2.0 has been released! Biggest feature is the support for #MIX protocol, which offers better groupchat experience, especially on mobile devices. MUC wasn't left be and received a lot of fixes as well. In addition we improved s2s connectivity, added option to store certificates in the repository (really helpful in cluster deployments) and more! New versions of #BeagleIM and #SiskinIM #XMPP clients have been released with A LOT of new features and ton of fixes. Details available on release pages: BeagleIM (https://github.com/tigase/beagle-im/releases/tag/5.0) and SiskinIM (https://github.com/tigase/siskin-im/releases/tag/7.0). Available from AppStores and via Brew.
I have been trying out a few XMPP clients for Android, and Stork IM from Tigase is pretty good so far.
Native Android app. Offers real Android experience, is fast, reliable and offers all the features like chat, group chat, push notifications, voice and video calls. Supports multiple XMPP accounts and is compatible with any XMPP server.
