OsmAnd vs Google Maps comparison. I am walking from point A to B and OsmAnd has complete information overload.

@felix it's configurable though. I agree that the default is a bit too much. But Google shows you, for instance, stores that it wants to show you, and others only if you search specifically for them.

@signaleleven Can you tell me how I can change it? And OpenStreetMap doesnt have any shops I thought (or very very few).

@signaleleven Okay it shows me a couple of bars, cafes and shops, but just the name and absolutely nothing else (like pictures or opening times).

@felix idk about that area. In mine, some have opening times. And some are missing altogether, but within the city it's way better than outside.
(configure map, overlay POI, in case anybody else needs it)
