🔈 💡 🔋What electrical circuit CAD software do we have in open source nowadays? I expect it to 1) simulate a student-level electrical circuits with capacitors and resistors and diodes and those batteries and 2) have a command-line interface but also 3) has or be compatible with some electrical circuit gui viewer.. thanks!
@sergey_m KiCad is literally the only piece of open source circuit CAD software I've heard of. Not that I looked very closely though.
@sergey_m The stable release of KiCAD has a SPICE frontend which is pretty well integrated. The only other ones I've had much success with are QUCS and the gEDA suite of tools.
