Trying to buy a fucking piece of plastic with a site full of terrible UX and security antipatterns: Totes normal, whatever.
That site being my locked-in medical equipment provider: Fucking yikes, man. How do you get so many things wrong?
@saramg I worked with medical providers for a spell back in my php days and my impression with working with their techs was that they were overworked and understaffed despite their employers having more money than God.
@zalasur And they can get away with that shit because patients don't have a choice, so there's no backpressure on providing bad service.
@saramg I had just the worst experience with a CPAP machine parts provider. It sounds similar to yours.
