Using Windows after a year of using Linux on my Office's laptop.....

Fuck Windows, damn Slow!!!! 😭

Paid what? $100 for a license key? Yet slow as hell!!!

Get your shit together Microsoft!

@rpgiqbal I've been supporting Windows for a very long time (since 3.1). And IMO the current version in use ALWAYS need the next generation computers.

@rpgiqbal What are your laptop's specifications ?

@ra33o
This was my Office's laptop, so don't know... Hahaha, I'm rockin' a Dell Latitude E6530 i7-3720QM processor
16GB RAM
500GB 7200rpm hdd

@rpgiqbal You should upgrade that hdd to ssd. I am blown away each time I go back to a pc/laptop running with hdd. The difference is like 10x faster compared to a ssd.

@ra33o
For me, It is still, too expensive. Mind you that I live in Malaysia which our currency is 4 times smaller than yours but we still make the same numbers you guys make.

Example: (average)
A fresh Degree Grad will get $2500 in America

Same in Malaysia BUT laptops cost Around RM2500 with average specs.

Intel - i5 (dual core)
RAM 4gb
500gb / 1TB HDD depends on monitor

Imagine SSD? RM800 (my friend told me the price in his shop), I'm an intern which makes RM600 per month.... Huhuhu

@rpgiqbal Crazy. But RM800 for how large SSD? Is it for a 256GB SSD or higher? In Denmark I can buy a used 128GB SSD for RM168.

@ra33o
And for that, I feel damned. This is the bestest thing I heard. I'll double confirm the price in Malaysia. But as of now, I need the best value for money.

I bought a refurbished 1TB HDD (7200rpm) for RM180. And I need the 1TB to install several VM for 20-50GBs. Some games, movies and for programming as well. If only I could afford 500GB to 1TB SSD. I would be happy. Still does my laptop support it? Hahahaha

@rpgiqbal Have you considered moving to the EU?

@ra33o
I want but as of right now, I only have Malaysian Skill certification which can hardly be used in Other countries besides Malaysia, plus my skills as a programmer/coder and Linux knowledge is can still be considered low.

I would love to work in Devoloped Nations just because components for computers are reasonable (at least for me).
