For some reason, every engineering organization eventually gets to the position where they decide to declare bug bankruptcy, mark every ticket as "wontfix" or "invalid' and ask people to re-open them if they're still active issues. At which point I get to lose time out of my day re-opening every ticket, because I would've closed it myself if it had been fixed... Gah!
