I find it best to make hot sauce so people can have as much or as little as they like... I love a splash in soup. But keep meaning to look up chilli ice cream, had some once and it was exceptional.

@pperrin I never had any luck with ice cream makers. Never got that nice creamy texture. Let us know how it goes 👍
@jsantiago The one I have is a battery thing that goes in the freezer -- an odd gift from a long time ago... never actually used before...
