Boarding on our flight ✈️ back to Berlin

I managed to quit Facebook, Instagram, and I’d like to put Twitter aside too. I feel the three social networks have carved out the worst out of me and I’ve lost ownership of my attention.

This might be a bit subjective, I continue to find Javascript’s syntax not to be as pleasant to work with as Ruby’s. Does anyone know a Javascript project that challenges the above opinion? #javascript

One of my goals for the next years is to retire my parents early. It’s been decades of hard work in a family business from Monday to Sunday, and I don’t want them to continue doing that until the age the government has set, 67.

Building digital experiences that disregard languages is a recipe for a bad accessibility. Because Mastodon is an open source project, its community proposed and contributed some nice improvements in that area.

One thing that I don’t like about exporting all package.json’s modules through a module, index.js, that represents the public interface, is that mocking that one mocks everything worsening the ergonomics writing tests.

Reading two pages of a book it’s all I need every night to fall sleep. Even with caffeine on my body.
