has anyone told MS devs this yet

Almost bailed on work this morning cause I felt bad.
After finishing today I'm feeling fine.
Brains are weird.
I did have a 4hr stint at learning more go-lang and helped someone find this issue github.com/silverstripe/silver so they're good now.

Quite a good day for me.

I hit this weekend hard and got soo much done that'd been on my todo list.
Now just 4 days of work and I'll be on leave again!

Someone tried to connect to my MUD via their browser and because of how character creation works right now, that kind of worked so there's now a player standing in Crossed Candles Inn with the user name "GET / HTTP/1.1"

Some days, it's just more healthy to focus on what you've succeeded at in the past, rather than your CI setup failing for various reasons.

Once more calling out for help:

A bigger instance wants to move out of Crimefl… ahem, Cloudflare, and is looking for an affordable CDN it can move to. We're talking about half a terabyte of data – and it needs, well, a CDN and HTTPS support at an affordable price (so Amazon is out, if it ever was in); and it should be privacy-friendly and ideally FOSS friendly (the latter two are my additions, but feel right).

Any recommendations? Asking for a friend :wink:

Pls boost if you don't know yourself.

@ashfurrow
That's probably the case if you set up your own CA in ACM which you will likely not need.

You can get free certs from ACM, if you employ them only on cloudfront or on elastic load balancers (essentially you cannot download the private key, you can only use them on managed resources)

I'm looking forward to Cloudflare's upcoming blog post, where they will blame the fact that they've inserted themselves as a single-point-of-failure for the whole goddamn internet on Verizon again.
