Not going to be kind anymore. Fuck this type of headhunting and fuck your OKRs targeting solely on lead generation. You are the root cause why talent acquisition has a bad reputation.
By the way, if you want me to work for you, don't send a generic headhunter after me. I'm not interested in talking with a random person promising me the latest cool technologies and competitive salary.
I'd rather talk with actual developers and focus the discussion towards their engineering culture and what I can do to improve it.
