Very enterprisey.

I guess I need to update my hardware soon™.

It says a lot that whitehouse.gov/accessibility/ appeared on Jan 20th 2009 and ran through Jan 20th 2017 and then was a 404 for the next four years. It reappeared this morning.

As a programmer, when you call a function (or procedure or method or other piece of code), you should always check that it succeeded and if not, handle the error.

This is easy to get wrong.

A quality of a programming language is how easy it is to overlook handling of an error.

Good: Rust Result values; Python exceptions.

Bad: Unix system call integer codes; C functions that return NULL for error; shell scripts that invoke commands that can fail.

(Any command can fail.)

**UN report: 'Woefully inadequate' climate pledges spell 3.2C temperature rise**

"A green coronavirus-induced recovery could help close the emissions gap, but it is not enough for world leaders to meet their goal of limiting warming to well below 2C."

Sometimes this thing still seems surreal. Even though MS owns Github & npmjs.com through GitHub and azure devops is a cool product and VS Code is absolutely best IDE for frontend programming.

Lately I've been working with + ... I don't like it. What's there that bugs me:
- missing typings, messed up return types looking at you React.Component
- children especially with components that might render null
- prop passing ... rest
- you need a library for everything, no project has the same foundations. Transferable skill set is narrow ( just JS ).

These friendships you have made.

These bonds.

They are how we’ll do this.

They are how we will win.

We used to own the void.

Yet we persist.

We gather.

You will have no power here.

Because you’ll end up Either by our sides, or swept aside.

Join the future.

Reclaim the void.

Be mighty, together.
