Does someone have some idea of how to get into meditation?

I've been thinking about trying it for some time now and the first episode of that headspace Netflix show was rather interesting, but I don't know how to get started and continue ...

@musicmatze it's probably easier to start with a guided meditation. the mindfulness trainer in rehab recommended the app

otherwise, just sit down comfortably, close your eyes, and observe your breathing. set a timer. start with 5 minutes and when it works well, extend it. 15 minute is a good goal, but some meditate for an hour... try to practice every day ... you will see positive effects after some days/weeks :)

@musicmatze there are different styles of meditation. i'm not an expert of any of them but i've done a bit of zazen and found it pretty easy to get into.

there's a lot of guides out there for it. here are a couple that cover the basics quickly.
