@musicmatze Not everyone. I work work people that know they aren't proper architects. Are bad in estimation and communicstion. And they also know they are bad in testing and commit messages.

Still very few tend to change that. They might feel guilty, but that's it. Don't know why. Will ask the next time :)

And some are very thankful for tips ad sugestions.
