I have plans to go to the US in May for about 8 weeks (vacation, not in populated areas, mostly "off the grid").

How do you estimate my chances of that happening?

Meanwhile Trump said that the US should soon be "open for business" again, so I'm expecting it to take 1-2 weeks before they engage serious measures. Which means at least another 2 weeks afterwards to get past the highest point of the curve and then still some more weeks before they lift travel restrictions.

@xmakina Returning home (germany) won't be a problem I guess. Maybe with 2 weeks of quarantine after the vacation, but I doubt that there'd be a problem with returning to germany.
