i just want to configure this stupid fucking table full of query data
tURNS OUT the data going into the table has to have a defined data shape (data shape = schema basically) in order for you to be able to configure the table
buT the QueryStreamData built-in (and immutable) services don't define the datashape (which makes sense since there's not really a way for it to know in general what data is in the stream from the perspective of the service)
anD if I define the datashape (you can execute a service and then create a datashape from the results i can't actually like, apply the datashape to the query data after the fact or anything
so basically looks like i'll have to write a stupid wrapper function that does nothing but take this query data and output it as-is but define the data shape explicitly in the output
