So far, good stuff:
- open-source and federated
- friendly people
- no editing of posts (and won’t happen ever from what I understand)
- no bold/italics formatting
- in at least one instance (not sure about this one?) link shorteners are not allowed so I can not track engagement on my posts.
I'm coming over here due to the Google+ shutdown, so it's only appropriate that this is my first/test post.
A good rule to live by in terms of using Google products:
"Everything that is not 100% strategic for Google and has not yet won over the critical mass of users, is not qualified for my usage."
