After WEEKS. Finally figured out how to use cookie auth and JWT auth side by side in #aspnet core.
GAAHH. Why does Asp.net Core have such unbelievably difficult to use auth
I just learned how amazing the #Auth0 documentation is. Not only do they have a plethora of various tutorial articles, but they also allow you to log into your account so that the code examples are prefilled with your configuration settings.
All #opensource #dotnet developers should add this #nuget package: https://github.com/dotnet/reproducible-builds
From someone trying out io_uring:
"If you're unfamiliar with async I/O, it allows you to queue up reads and writes to run in the background, and check back later to see if they're done, without having to wait before you start doing other things (like submitting even more requests). This ain't no fancy pantsy high-level javascript event loopy memory safey framework though"
Danke #geizhals.de dafür das ihr meine Do Not Track respektiert, und automatisch nur die notwendigen cookies akzeptiert, und die nutzloses werbe cookies überhaupt nicht anzeigt.
Thank you geizhals.de for respecting my privacy and Do Not Track header by automatically only accepting necessary cookies and not showing me the useless list of advertisers.
Has anyone else always made sure to keep the egg carton well balanced? Or is it just me?
I feel I must mention the good in the world in these times:
My neighbor is wheelchair bound, and has a very helpful dog that tries to help by picking things up for her. Today the dog got separated from her and was sitting in the building waiting to be let in.
The delivery man that usually delivers packages got worried when no one answered the door, and called for help.
But, happy ending, she just took a turn while the dog was temporarily looking away, and they were reunited shortly after help arrived
I've published my post for the #fsharp advent calendar. This one's about a statically typed API when using #SignalR in #Fabulous

For those that enjoy indent based blocks a la #python or #FSharp, sometimes things get really weird when the amount of characters in an operator changes how the compiler interprets it:
