flexible work hours is something we should be able to take for granted. To bad many of us can't.

After all, why not check mail before dinner, or after dinner, or when the kids are in bed… this flexibility is super convenient for bosses, too, and I don't like it. Which is why I'm pretty strict about the separation myself.

@kensanata that's a fair point. I found that those who abuse this usually micromanage the crew as well and don't let people grow.
