When mastodons website handles no internet better than native apps there is a huge problem.
@jlamar too many "native" apps are just wrappers on some shitty javascript web framework. (I don't really believe there are front-end web frameworks that aren't shitty, but I admit I haven't given any a chance in a while.)
@travisfw they could at least catch the ui and/or display a warning or better yet load from the last update point. Instead it just crashes...
@jlamar Well, Eugen seems to care more than some of these app people.
