The difference between #Facebook and #Mastodon: 5 out of the first 10 posts on facebook are ads or promoted content. It was the fourth post before I arrived at a post from someone I was following. None of that junk in mastodon.
This Mastodon instance is for people interested in technology. Discussions aren't limited to technology, because tech folks shouldn't be limited to technology either!
