Just finished watching Altered Carbon on Netflix and really enjoyed it.

It does seem like if people had incremental, redundant backups of themselves most of the story doesn't happen though 😂

So the major takeaway from Altered Carbon is:
Have a decent backup strategy.

Now I'm off to re-read the book. It's been about 10 years and I can't remember it well enough to know how much the TV show changed the plot.
