I am very annoyed that the S Pen on my Note 9 has already died and Samsung is quoting me 2 1/2+ weeks for a repair.


Like okay hardware dies sometimes, I was the unlucky one this time around. But why do I need to ship my whole phone to you first when the easier first thing would be to have me send in just the pen or send me one to exchange.
