App icons and screenshots loading very slow in #fdroid. Is this normal? @fdroidorg

I also got some reports recently about long loading times of icons. While I like the idea of decentralising the #fdroid repository, I think 'mirrors' are a very old school way to go for. The IPFS mirrors are good (if up-to-date). And everyone who pins the IPFS mirror locally can potentially make it faster. Also for the IPFS mirror you need to add only one mirror.
