I never posted the final result of reverse-engineering that bike pedal from 3D scan data, so here it is.
This scan was much higher quality than the one I'm using for the motorbike panel, since it was done with a structured light scanner rather than photogrammetry. I might also go and give the other software (Geomagic) a go with the panel model.
