I sometimes stream programming on Twitch if anybody is into that sort of thing. 😁 Nothing fancy, just me + code + music + chatting/answering questions with whoever is watching.

Been doing some experimenting with RTMP for fun, really neat stuff. All in Go.

So far I have it so multiple channels can stream at once. It creates a "Chat Hub" when a channel goes live so you can chat in it too.

Just thought it was cool and had to share :D

ALso, very cool that you can add multiple files to this!!!

Just setup a site in Jekyll, forgot how easy it was to setup a free site on github.

Thank you all so much! Your advice will not be taken lightly. Maybe it's been in my face all this time, but I was too blind or maybe not confident enough to do what y'all have mentioned.

I'll work hard and keep on coding! Much love all! I'll be sure to post some updates here πŸ˜€ 🐘

as a side note. I've been dabbling in a lot of languages/frameworks, but I've been trying to become more proficient in a single stack.

I started with Rails 4 when it came out, but I'm also keeping up with Crystal and Elixir since they look quite promising.

I just want to build shit, solve problems, but every time I find something I would absolutely love I just get shut out, and then I feel like maybe I'm not as great as I had thought I might be.

Any developers have some good advice on finding jobs? I'm stuck in a well and I don't know how to get out.

I've worked at a few Dev Shops in the past such as WDS and my cousin's Web agency (my first real job). Other than that I've just been building apps and learning everything I can about Ruby/Rails. I've been writing code for about 10 years, but I haven't been able to find a job since WDS.

Do I just need to build stuff and put it out there? Or write articles? any advice would help. Much love
