I only heard six words of her conversation but I (and everyone in a several-yard radius) knew she was a DC local: "WORST TWO WEEKS OF THE YEAR."
I'm like, lady, normal residents know to avoid things like the Tidal Basin footpath if they hate crowds (though apparently there's a nice lull between the spent-the-night sunrise crowd and the drove-down-from-Philly midday crowd), just like normal Wichitans avoid driving through downtown during Riverfest, Philadelphians during Thanksgiving parade, etc.
