The WiFi app has a different signature from the last events as we had to create a new repo. You'll need to uninstall the old version.
(Next time we'll give it a different package id if the signing key changes.)
@fdroidorg Just as my android device broke temporarily :( does anybody at #cccamp19 have a small screwdrivers that might open it?

@fdroidorg was the wifi apl changed from 35c3 to camp without bumping the version number? had to delete and reinstall
