OK well-established Mastodon users, some terminology questions:
What is the accepted term for main Mastodon UI with the 4 column layout, with editing/search on the left, then Home, Notifications and stream? What's this called?
What's the accepted term for the view you get when you click on someone's profile picture and pop out to their "page"? From there you can pop around, clicking on the time stamps of various toots and it's no longer in the 4 column layout.
Are there different terms here?

and i can't see a edit button...
A little bit unusual (for me): To share a post/toot click on the "Boost/Teilen" button below. It get's highlighted and this post is shared now, but you won't get a new edit window or pane (check your own timeline and you see the shared toot). And sometimes a 404 is listed in the left lower corner (at least with Safari. Have to play around a little bit...)
Tip for newcomers (part 3):
After you upload an image for a toot, you will see a URL for that image. After the image is uploaded, you can actually delete that URL and the image will remain. That saves some characters for your toot and looks cleaner.
How can I switch to a "conversation view" in Mastodon to view all answers of a thread hierarchically?
