i haven't relied on rapid tests until recently, but PCR testing capacity really dried up post-holidays. many test sites have closed, and it took 8 days to get results from my last test 
target seems to have a pretty cheap covid rapid test that's $8 for a single kit. picked up a few, just hope they're not total junk. caveat emptor and all that.
hard to beat the longevity of analog audio equipment. cleaned up an old pair of wired headphones and they still work great. no firmware or battery crap to deal with.

imo what folks usually want out of decentralization isn't decentralization itself (which has its own cost/benefits), but _shared centralization_ where a single entity is credibly owned by those it affects.
So maybe uhhh... look into co-ops and such instead of cr/ypto?

Standard Ebooks is a pretty great source for #drm-free #ebooks. They take #PublicDomain books from #ProjectGutenberg and improve the quality (typography, metadata, cover art, etc).
