Been getting back in the saddle literally, after a few (4?) years since I cycled with any seriousness; started at just 1km on Saturday with the goal of adding just 0.5km per day till I get to 30km. Jumped from 2km to 5km today! πŸš²πŸŽ‰

To be clear, that's going an *additional* 0.5km each day. So 1km on day one, 1.5km day two, I did two lots of 2km yesterday and 1x5km today. I plan to stick to 5km for the rest of the week, :)
