You know what drives me mad? When people talk about desktop #linux they usually only discuss… desktop environments! Like, it's some big deal if it's Unity or Gnome or MATE or whatever. Dear people, it's *applications* that matter, not application launchers. And that's what sucks. Shotwell is buggy and… questionable. Rhythmbox never worked well with phones, Thunderbird is ancient… And this is basic stuff that should just work!
