I’m not enjoying this weather. Not a fan of snow ❄️. At least the kids had a chance to build a snowman ⛄️ a couple weeks ago, this wet mess is not cool. 😛
@charlag at first I was going to argue with this PS is so much easier to use than Gimp and seems to run faster. That is until I saw the last lines of the post. That makes a lot of sense if a quarter of the funds people spend on Adobe went towards the open source projects the acceleration of dev could be dramatic.
@dasyatidprime I haven't really looked that the other instances, so didn't know the colour schemes might be different. I guess I was just lucky enough that this instance has a really good community imo and meshes with my addiction ... er I mean love ... er I mean profession 😛
@dasyatidprime Ah, I've only been around less than a week so I haven't been affected by any failures so far. Also I learned a new word "nadir" so thanks 😄
@firstname.lastname@example.org Perhaps my problem is thinking of it in too much of a monolith point of view as opposed to a more service oriented approach ala #microservices
@Nerdcoresteve @Vopo holy crap, I didn't know this was a thing. I didn't know there were other people that did this too, I thought I just was bad at reading. I can listen to an audiobook on 2x or videos on 2x and grok it all, but reading takes me FOREVER from re-re-re-re-reading the same dang paragraph.
