@da How about your visual cortex? Aren't you constantly committing copyright infringement by creating the images of surrounding world in your brain? And some of those images even get retained in there for a lifetime! Plus, you produce derivative works from them all the time!
@deshipu I can actually answer you properly on the first issue. Copyright only applies to creative works that have been fixed to a tangible medium such as paper or [oddly enough] a digital file. Stuff in your brain aren’t copyrighted before you put them to paper, so to say.
