I know this is old news, but I'm behind on all the new vidjya that comes out. is an incredible anthology on . It's incredible how some people can tell so much story in such a short timeframe. It also scratches that cyberpunk dystopian future itch that I always seem to have.

For those just starting out on Mastodon I came across the Trunk for the Fediverse! It has lists of people to follow by category. I was able to spread my tendrils a little further through the Fediverse now!

30 Day CICO Challenge 

Day 3 of the CICO challenge was successful! All calories logged, and I had another loss 😀 Hopefully the journey to my goal weight is a quick one!

30 Day Yoga Challenge 

Running a bit behind on the post for yesterday, but day 3 of yoga was successful! My wife and I did the practice from day 1 led by Adriene, so I could show her a breathing technique that Adriene teaches. She wasn't a fan, but we're each our own snowflake 😂 My body feels better than it did yesterday. I'm feeling more aware of negative thoughts, feelings, and tendencies and handling them in a healthy manner. I forgot to record yesterday so no screenshot.

My wife and I are going to see the Last Podcast on the Left live show in Seattle at the end of May! 😀😀

30 Day CICO Challenge 

I had another loss! Though this drop wasn't as drastic I'm not discouraged. These things take time, and as long as I stick with it I'll reach my goal!

30 Day Yoga Challenge 

Day 2 of yoga was a success! I started my practice late and went to sleep afterward, so I didn't have time to make my post. My wife and I took part in a ~20 min practice led by Cole Chance. It mainly focused on deep stretching hips and shoulders. She does an amazing job of helping to remind me to stay present with my breath during the practice. My body is starting to ache less, and I'm feeling a bit more flexible 😁

30 Day CICO Challenge 

I had a two pound loss today! Down to 216. It's crazy how many calories mindless munching introduces. Making myself log it all really helps being awareness to what I'm eating, and has my ask the question "Do I really need this?"

30 Day Yoga Challenge 

Today was day one of my renewed yoga challenge. I decided on a ~30 min Yoga with Adriene practice for stress and anxiety. It was a great full body practice that made me feel so much better physically 😀 More importantly it was a much needed reminder to continue striving to maintain awareness, perspective, and surrender to the world outside of my control. Here's to feeling better and hopefully many more days of enlightenment.
