Nice to know that the percentage of people also or even mainly working on in paid jobs is not as small as one might have guessed. 👍 💸

Happy to everyone.

Codeberg is a very good alternative to GitHub and GitLab I think. I like the minimalistic and simple web interface 😃 #codeberg #git @codeberg

I just discovered librespeed.org which is a free and open source internet connection speed test service. Sorry speedtest.net, nothing personal but if it's #foss I just can't resist it. Bye!

#privacy

I would highlight what make @codeberg very nice includes #codeberg e.v. itself as a kind of participatory non-profit that operates under German law, and also the EU GDPR.

What about having your (commits, issues, pull, ...) feed directly in your channel?

My experience with @codeberg is that unlike Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket, the admins/devs of Codeberg are very open and welcoming. I submitted two issues (431 & 434) and I quickly got response and one of them is alert been addressed. They are friendly and welcoming.

I signed up for #codeberg today. I had some difficulties during registration (totally my mistake) but received stellar support from @codeberg. They were fast to respond, very nice and understanding, and super helpful. Thank you very much!

I'm searching for resources about code review processes. Feel free to reply with your experiences too. I'm not interested in technical matters right now like how to automate parts of code review or your Opinion about the right size of a pull request. I'm asking about the social process of deciding when to merge. How do you ensure quality and keep development moving ahead without getting dragged down by disagreements? Boosts appreciated.

📆 No matter whether you look at the weekly, monthly or yearly activity of our Community Issue Tracker: There are always more closed than opened issues. ✅

Sweet everyone, we are improving daily and getting there - a viable alternative to the Big Players. 🚀

Thank you, everyone, for your support, feedback, contributions and donations. 🗨️ 📒 💰 - we are making this journey together.

@codeberg do you know anyone that's doing community mercurial hosting?

@codeberg thank you for the great services you provide. Loving the platform and how you are contributing to the #gitea project too.

@codeberg this may sound silly, but pretty please give me a dark theme

Guess who finally bothered creating their own personal website?

Thanks @codeberg for the hosting!

We are late with the party, but we can proudly announce that we hit the 10k users recently 🎉
Looking forward to more awesome projects on Codeberg.
