Anybody done path decimation for super-detailed SVGs? svgo seems to do rounding and such but I don't see a transform for simplifying paths to fit a target resolution/detail level.
One of the reasons we still rasterize SVGs to PNG on Wikipedia, even for modern browsers, is that file size can be super bloated by detail that isn't visible at typical view sizes.
