The only thing harder than exiting from `vim` is exiting from `screen`.
@blainsmith 'exit' usually works. Not in VI though...
@smox I found out it was CTRL-A and then CTRL-D. 🤷♂️
@blainsmith nope, that's just detaching. That leaves screen running in the background.
