@bct Do any instances offer #Tor hidden services? Would be a good workaround to deal with #Mastodon blocking countries or ISPs.

@bct wow, that's pretty messed up. (The whole thing with your country blocking mastodon.social, that is. Though personal and family issues kind of suck as well, I've had my share of those lately.)

@bct Does SimpleDNSCrypt help in overcoming your country's blockade towards masto social? Or TOR Browser?

1. from what i've known about the blocking technique SimpleDNSCrypt probably won't work, but I'll try.
2. most of the time I couldn't connect to the TOR network, even if I managed to do that (that happened a few times before) the speed was very slow.
