some of you don't know this, so hang onto your hats

in Canada, "whole milk" is called "homogenized milk"

(it's more accurate, since "whole" doesn't really imply that it's been emulsified by extrusion through tiny nozzles, but "homogenized" does)

so anyway, you'll never guess how "homogenized milk" gets shortened...

@mdhughes Canada has milk in bags on a convenience-basis, 500ml isn’t enough for a bag!
