I have only myself to blame for my Windows problems. I bought a Linux computer with a 2 month old GPU. Nothing works out of the box.
I miss ElementaryOS though.
You could just buy an inexpensive GPU that works with Linux, run Windows in a VM, and dedicate the newer GPU to the Windows VM for gaming or whatever. Best of both worlds, in fact ideal situation.
@kot I really don’t want to dual (or split) boot. When the RX5700 drivers are better I’ll try Linux for gaming again
@andrioid What laptop did you get?
@fatboy Not a laptop. Ryzen 3600 w RX 5700XT GPU
