In a kind of frenzy I went and ditched DigitalOcean for Linode wish me luck
ngl I was happy with DigitalOcean but when I really needed work they screwed me over and I'll never forgive them
Once this is done, and once I've set up Wallabag at the new Linode, I think I'll fire up a #gemini server. Anyone currently using one they love??
It only took 3yrs but I zapped my DigitalOcean account! I've got a couple of services up on the new Linode via #Yunohost (h/t @rysiek).
Look, this doesn't hurt DigitalOcean. I know that. But it's not that they denied me a job when I really needed one, but they lied about the reason.
I'm kinda eager to rig up an engine that takes Markdown and posts it to both #Plume and converts it to text/ #gemini. I'd be more eager if I had some content :/ trololo
