@am1t I have had very few issues with the customer service of many different companies. Having done a lot of customer service myself I can usually get their cooperation readily.
@AskChip Nice, you are in the lucky group. My experience has been varying. At times, it is totally smooth, without much hassle. But most of the times it is not.
@am1t Having done a lot of uncoached customer service, I've gotten adept at being able to engage people. I have all the information they require already at my fingertips.Pretty sure most customer service reps worthy of the title have little issue when they also need customer service. You commiserate together, misery loves company😉
