Dinero público, código público. Me llena de orgullo y satisfacción, anunciar que la app Radar COVID, del Ministerio de Sanidad, está por fin disponible en GitHub. Esto nos da pié por ejemplo, a auditar el código, empaquetar nuestro propio APK, y si no me equivoco, ¡incluso redistribuirlo!

This is why *no* publicly funded paper should ever be behind a paywall. I'd argue even privately funded papers should be public if the end goal is improving society. Peer review already relies on volunteers for the most part, so it's not a question of paying for them
