Customer complains "Web Mapping" application doesn't work when user is not connected to internet.
Tell customer they will need to be connected to the internet to be able to use the web mapping application. Thus the term "Web Mapping".
Customer responds: "But I don't want to connect to the internet, that's how you get viruses".
