Statistically speaking, French people are awful at english, is it safe to say a good french programmer is super rare?
@Staming I know a couple of good programmers from France, they still speak horrible English, so I'm not sure there is a correlation there...

@Staming the company I work for has many great French programmers so either we are extremely lucky or it's not true. And they are all pretty good at English too.
