@fdroidorg Might add that F-Droid did that in record time: within less then 24 hours since having access to the patched source code, the apps were built and provided in the repo. That's amazing! Half the team was putting in extra shifts, including a manual "emergency build run".

Everybody, take your hats off 🎩 give a dual salute :thinkerguns: and standing ovations!

And before you ask: no, I was not involved personally, but am proud of the team :awesome:

Indeed the service and work from @fdroidorg is absolutely great. Perhaps we should also mention that you can also give some money back, for example via Liberapay or Open Collective

Anyway ... I take my hat off 🎩 give the dual salute :thinkerguns: and standing ovations!

@roland looks like you need to fix that "here" (nothing I can do about it), especially as it seems unable to properly deal with <img> tags having unexpected attributes like "title" (yes I know one should expect "alt", but "title" is valid) and then replaces :thinkerguns: in the attribute by a graphic as well… No idea where the bug lies as I didn't look at the "input", I can only look at the page source…

That is quite a record time indeed! I was refreshing f-droid several times yesterday morning and was very pleased to see that it didn't take long for the update to appear.

Great work @fdroidorg!
